Yes, Modway products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and new condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Many of our items require some assembly to ensure safe transit. Each product includes detailed instructions and necessary hardware. We recommend having a second person assist with larger pieces like bed frames and sofas.
