At Modway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and meet our inspection standards.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a freight carrier pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
